Driver registration for your computer race program
- Race entries are automated and your driver list is generated automatically - saving hours of manual work, taking phone calls, reading emails, receiving text messages etc
- Create your own race categories - 1/8th on / off road, 10th electric 2 or 4wd... In fact ANY scale or car type can be catered for.... But who said it was just limited to cars!!!
- You configure - payment types for an event, max number of drivers in each race category, your club PayPal details as we have FULL integration with PayPal by using your PayPal account or simply entering your credit/debit card details (safe and secure), car / engine options for registered car details & actually we believe EVERYTHING necessary is configurable.... Unless you can let us know what we've missed?
- It takes around 30 seconds to create a race event and publish it to your calendar - We even have the facility to copy an event so create your winter/summer series round 1 then copy it to create the remaining rounds.
- The driver entry list is automatically created / maintained as well as being visible via the race calendar once booking in has been allowed - You decide when booking in starts, restrict registration to members only or open to everyone prior to closing the event for creating your race program driver list.
- Waiting lists are automatically created when a race category is full and waiting list drivers are promoted if a registered driver withdraws from the event.
- Then, save the file from OUR WEBSITE to your race computer and YOU'RE DONE!!
Race results from your computer race program
- Race output is uploaded to the internet in a matter of minutes from the output of your race program.
- Full race results are associated to the race event on the calendar page or
- A driver can review their own specific results, irrespective of event, date, final they drove in as we filter the results and display them in their account.
Club membership
- We even manage the club membership.....
- A potential new member completes the online club membership form and payment method
- The membership request is reviewed by your membership secretary, where it's assessed including validating your payment...
- They either approve or reject the application accordingly
- Rejected option & automated email sent.
- Approved option & The website automatically generates a pre-approved membership form, automatically attaches it to an automatic email & In other words & All they do is approve the application then they've finished as everthing else is done for you.
- This means YOU SAVE....
- Time saving & No travelling to the bank to pay in cash/cheques, creating membership cards, tracking members via your existing paper based / spreadsheet list.
- Financial savings & travel to the bank, stamps/stationary, printing costs for membership forms etc...

Future
Right from the early days in the design it was our intention to revolutionise the sport in terms of administration overhead, and we want to take it even further..... As a lot of drivers partake in inter-club racing, what better than increasing your clubs race calendar exposure by using our central booking connection (CBC)?
You register your club with us (Free of charge) in order to offer your calendar out to other drivers who log into their home club account, register for your race events in the same SIMPLE, EASY, PROVEN PROCESS saving them time, you aggravation - so everyone wins:
- Club as you're increasing your race calendars exposure as well as making it easier for driver to register with YOUR CLUB & hopefully improving driver attendance
- Drivers as you only have to register their details ONCE in order to register with ANY club in the CBC database.
